Corporate Video Production in London

If you're choosing a London video production company, start with the films. OakNorth, Dojo, ASK Partners and Rubicon Partners are London firms, and each of them has commissioned films from us. We can show you every one, so you can judge the work before you ring anyone.

We're based in Woodbridge, Suffolk, where we edit, and for London work we come to you, for the first conversation and for the shoot. If you'd rather ring a London number, it's +44 (0)20 7126 8385. We direct, film and edit every project ourselves and the crew scales to the brief, so there's no Old Street office in the price and no layer of account managers in the way.

Filmed in London

[A bank's careers page says what it's like to work there. OakNorth wanted its own people to say it, so we interviewed staff from across the business in the places they work and cut the film around what they said. We also filmed a customer case study for OakNorth featuring Simmons Bars.

Dojo is a payments company, and we've made several films for it. They include a trade show film built partly from footage we'd shot for Dojo before, a testimonial about the business funding Dojo offers its card machine customers, and filming at a Dojo conference.

ASK Partners is a property lender that had always grown by word of mouth from its investors. We interviewed three of those investors and cut their interviews into a short film and a set of longer ones, which together became a video route for new investors. We've since made investment films for ASK as well, including one on Hepworth House in Leeds.

Rubicon Partners is a private equity firm in London. We make testimonial films with the companies it backs, which has taken us to their offices and sites in Leeds, Liverpool, Nottingham and Essex. Each management team talks, on its own ground, about what working with Rubicon has been like. A founder weighing up an investor then hears it from the people running the businesses.

Working in London

Being a London video production company without a London office mostly comes down to planning. From Ipswich it's a little over an hour into Liverpool Street, and early calls, parking and how the kit and crew get into the building are all sorted at the start.

A London shoot is usually a videographer and a sound recordist, with more crew added when the brief needs it. You'll get a fixed price for the agreed scope, and travel shows up on the quote as its own line, so you can see exactly what it adds before anything starts. If you'd rather meet in person first, we'll come to you.

What London clients commission

Financial services and technology account for most of it, which is where those four clients sit. Those briefs tend to need corporate video production that a sceptical audience will believe, and testimonial video production with people who don't sound coached.

We've also made brand work for LEGO, Pepsi and Diageo. And a lot of London briefs now end with a set of shorter edits for LinkedIn and Instagram, which is where social media video production comes in. The full list of corporate films and campaigns we make is on the video production services page.

Filming in London offices

Most corporate shoots in London happen inside working offices, which brings its own problems. Rooms get booked out from under you, the air conditioning hums through every interview, and the best-looking floor usually has the worst light.

We plan for all of that on the recce rather than on the day. If a location needs a permit or a building needs a risk assessment before a crew can come in, it's done in preproduction, and you'll know about it in good time.

Cost, and next door

Start with a thirty minute conversation about what the film has to do. The first conversation and a ballpark are free, and you'll get a straight answer on whether a film will help. The video production cost page shows the budgets our films actually sit at.

If your business is out along the Thames, the Kent and Essex pages explain how we work there. Both are easy to reach from Suffolk and from London.
